Not every corner of a race car needs maximum torque. F6R was created for the axle that is easy to lock, the surface that is easy to lose, and the driver who values confidence over outright bite. It carries the same high-temperature stability as the rest of the F range but delivers it with a gentler, more forgiving build of pressure.
That combination is ideal for gravel and loose-surface rally, historic racing on period tyres, and the rear axle of front-wheel-drive or live-axle cars where too much rear torque unsettles the chassis. It was developed for NASCAR rear-axle use, where repeatability lap after lap mattered more than peak deceleration.
